We're excited to share some upcoming enhancements to your arrival experience, effective Wednesday, March 18, 2026.
Access: Beginning March 18, entry through the Madison Avenue and 43rd Street entrances (at the top of the stairs near The Clock Coffee Shop) will require a valid building credential, either your physical access card or mobile credential via the building app.
The Vanderbilt Avenue entrance will become tenant-exclusive. Guests should be directed to enter via Madison Avenue or 43rd Street.
Guest Registration: We encourage all tenants to pre-register guests ahead of their arrival. Upon entry, guests will be greeted and directed to check in at a designated desk. Lobby Liaisons will be on hand at Madison Avenue and 43rd Street Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM to assist. Outside those hours, guests may check in at the Palm Court Main Desk.
Dining & Amenities: The Clock and Bergamo's will remain open to the public during. Melangerie will transition to a tenant and registered guest only experience.
